Shark Sail does not ask for an account, collect personal information, show advertisements or track players across apps.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Shark Sail, published by Revanth Tambisetty, handles information when you use the Shark Sail mobile game on Android or iOS.
2. Information we collect
Shark Sail does not collect, store, transmit or sell personal information. The game does not require registration and does not request your name, email address, telephone number, precise location, contacts, photographs, microphone, camera or advertising identifier.
3. Children’s privacy
Shark Sail is designed to be suitable for families and children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game contains no chat, account creation, targeted advertising, social sharing or user-generated content. If a parent or guardian believes a child has contacted us with personal information, they may email us and request its deletion.
4. Local game activity
Game activity such as scores, lives and level progress is used only while you play. The current release does not upload this activity to our servers or use it for profiling or advertising.
5. Third-party services and app stores
Shark Sail does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Apple, Google, your device manufacturer or your operating system may independently process technical, purchase or diagnostic information under their own privacy policies. We do not control those platform-level practices.
6. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell, rent or share personal information because the game does not collect personal information.
7. Security and retention
Because Shark Sail does not operate an account system or collect personal information, we do not maintain a player information database. Support emails are handled through the email provider and retained only as reasonably necessary to answer the request and maintain support records.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the game’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
